Ingredients:
¼ cup purple potato, peeled and mashed
1 tbsp almond butter
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tsp pure vanilla essence
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tsp cordyceps mushroom powder
1 tbsp fruits of your choice
1 cup of almond milk
Method:
