Green Smoothie

Healthy and delicious smoothie to start your day, loaded with macronutrients, and micronutrients.


Recipe:

2 frozen bananas

Handful of spinach

2 mangos

1 green apple

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 2 – inch of fresh grated ginger

350 grams (1 ½ cups) of coconut water
