Ingredients:
2 ½ cups unsweetened plant-based milk of your choice. I used Almond milk.
1 cinnamon stick
1 ½ ground cinnamon, plus extra for garnish
1 ½ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp MCT oil
A pinch of black pepper
Method:
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it is warm but does not boil.
Pour into your favorite mug and sprinkle with the extra cinnamon.
