Golden Milk




Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups unsweetened plant-based milk of your choice. I used Almond milk.

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 ½ ground cinnamon, plus extra for garnish

  • 1 ½ tsp ground turmeric

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp MCT oil

  • A pinch of black pepper

 

Method:

Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it is warm but does not boil.

Pour into your favorite mug and sprinkle with the extra cinnamon.
