Anti-inflammatory green juice

Packed with a combination of fiber and enzymes, this juice supports optimal digestion and helps maintain a balanced gut microbiome.

Recipe:

1 1-inch piece of fresh ginger

1-2 inch of fresh curcuma, peeled and finely chopped

1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped

1/2 cup tightly packed parsley

1/2 cup tightly packed basil

1/2 cup tightly packed arugula

1/2 cup tightly packed spinach

1 orange, peeled

1 cup coconut water

1 cup of ice
